Refund policy
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on handmade items, which means all sales are final once your order has been placed and delivered.
Due to the handmade and often made-to-order nature of our products, each item is unique and crafted with care. As such, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or minor variations in color, texture, or finish.
To ensure satisfaction before purchase, please review all product descriptions, measurements, and photos carefully. If you have any questions prior to ordering, you can contact us at creationsbyjay16@gmail.com.
Please note that items must be handled with care upon arrival. We do not accept returns for normal wear, misuse, or accidental damage.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is significantly damaged in transit or if you receive the wrong item. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery at creationsbyjay16@gmail.com, including photos and a description of the issue, so that we can evaluate and work toward a resolution.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All handmade and custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes personalized or made-to-order products.
We also do not accept returns for:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Items that have been used, worn, or altered after delivery

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If there is an issue with your order (such as receiving the wrong item), please contact us and we will review the case.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification, unless the item is custom-made or personalized, in which case this right may not apply.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Refunds are not offered. However, in the case of approved issues (such as items damaged in transit or incorrect items received), a replacement or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
